Sin City. The neon lights in the middle of Nevada are symbols of money, power, greed, indulgence and entertainment. This is a place where not the government, but rather the casinos and hotels that created the infamous Vegas Strip hold control. The true interior of this city, however, is a secret to the outside world. From the beginning of the city during the mobster craze of the 1940s to the construction of the Las Vegas SPHERE, others have walked and ruled this land: the Demons. An incursion into hell that was discovered — or perhaps, caused — during the original drilling of the land opened up a world of demonics, rituals, and unruly magic. The demon lords of Sin, the Goetia, and all evil emerged, walking the land and owning venues on the land alongside the humans for years.

It is now 2027, and the divide between Hell and Humanity is becoming blurry. The infernal realm is beginning to literally intersect with the contested strip. Fires are breaking out, the entertainment industry standing on a thin line between euphoric prosperity and collapse, rituals and magic flying across the strip as the Casinos and the Demons enter a state of war. A tragedy of the commons: everyone wants the same thing, but everybody wants it for themselves.
